Officials: 51-year-old Milwaukee man fatally shot near Palmer and Chambers

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man killed near Palmer and Chambers as 51-year-old Percy Smith.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Palmer and Chambers that left one dead.

The shooting happened at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 10.

Despite life-saving efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner has confirmed the victim was a 51-year-old adult male.

The incident and the happenings leading up to it are under investigation.

Milwaukee police are continuing to find the unknown suspects.
