MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is currently investigating an aggravated battery.
Police were called to Victor's on Van Buren around 2 a.m. on December 9.
A 36-year-old Milwaukee man suffered a broken jaw.
The owner of Victor's on Van Buren says a bouncer hit the victim in the jaw out of self defense.
The Black Panthers of Milwaukee held a press conference on Friday and released video of the victim out cold on the ground.
Milwaukee Police say the case remains ongoing and they are searching for suspects.
