MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee Police are investigating after a backpack was left in the street near Wisconsin and Plankinton Avenues in Milwaukee’s downtown area.
Police responded to the suspicious package just before 7:00 Monday morning.
Video shows a bicycle, the bag, and items strewn around on the road. The investigation is ongoing.
