MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) --  Milwaukee police are investigating three different violent incidents which occurred within an hour of one another this weekend.

The first happened at 10:57 p.m. on March 5 at N. 89th Street & Stark on the city's north side.

Police say a 19-year-old male was shot as he was entering the home of a 33-year-old Milwaukee man.

The 19-year-old was taken into custody and then to the hospital. He is expected to survive.

Police say two 17-year-olds were also taken into custody.

The homeowner spoke with CBS 58 on Saturday. The family tells us four little girls live inside the home but were luckily not home at the time of the terrifying incident.

Neighbors we spoke with say they're shocked something like this happened in their usually quiet area.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee District Attorney's Office.

The second incident happened at 11:25 p.m. at 19th & Hampton.

Police were called to a home for a report of someone with a gun.

The 29-year-old suspect was involved in a domestic dispute that escalated when the suspect armed himself with the gun.

Officers responded and encountered the armed suspect. That is when one officer discharged his weapon, striking the suspect.

No officers were injured and the suspect's gun was recovered. The suspect sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The officer involved in this case is 28-years-old with nine years of service. He is now on administrative duty and the investigation is ongoing.

The third violent incident happened at 11:35 p.m. at 49th & Hampton.

Police say a 65-year-old man was hit by an unknown vehicle which fled the scene.

The victim was taken to a hospital in grave condition. The Milwaukee Medical examiner told CBS 58 the victim died from his injuries.
