Milwaukee police investigate 2 non-fatal shootings in less than 2 hours Sunday
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating two non-fatal shootings that happened in less than a two hour period Sunday, Oct. 10.
Officials say that the first shooting happened around 12:43 p.m. near 45th and Burleigh.
Police report that the victim was in vehicle, when the suspect fired shots, subsequently striking him.
Authorities say that the victim, a 29-year-old Milwaukee man, sustained non-fatal injuries.
The victim reportedly arrived at a local hospital for treatment.
Milwaukee police are also confirming a second non-fatal shooting that occurred Sunday at approximately 1:59 p.m. near Clement and Howard.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are reportedly under investigation.
Milwaukee Police continue to seek unrelated and unknown suspects in both non-fatal shootings.
