Milwaukee police investigate 19-year-old shot while entering 33-year-old man's home

Milwaukee (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting which occurred in the 4900 block of N. 89th Street on Sat. March 6 at around 11 p.m.

A 19-year-old man was shot upon entering the residence of a 33-year-old Milwaukee man. 

The 19-year-old was taken into custody and brought to a hospital. His injuries appear to be non-fatal and he is expected to survive.

Two 17-year-old males were also taken into custody.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
