Milwaukee Police Department phases in new all-black squad cars

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- You'll soon notice a change when you see Milwaukee police squad cars.
The department confirms it's changing the color of its marked squads to all black, instead of the current black and white color scheme.
The change is being phased in with the delivery of the 2020 model squads.
Only the new vehicles will be all black.
