Milwaukee police: 3 teens injured in 2 separate shootings

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating two shootings that injured three teenagers Monday, July 18.

Officials say the first occurred around 3:33 p.m. near 41st and Wright. A 17-year-old boy sustained non-life threatening gunshot injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. A 14-year-old boy also arrived at a local hospital with non-fatal injuries and is expected to survive.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

The next incident happened around 6:30 p.m. in an unknown location. The victim, a 15-year-old Milwaukee boy, arrived at a local hospital with non-fatal injuries and is expected to survive. 

Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspects in both shootings.
