Milwaukee Police: 16-Year-Old Shot Near Barack Obama School

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 3:45 p.m. this afternoon in the 5100 block of N. Sherman Blvd.
The shooting occurred near the Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education.
A 16-year-old male was shot during circumstances that are unclear at this time.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.
Police continue to search for a suspect and a motive.
