Milwaukee police: Man fatally shot sitting in car with girlfriend near 10th and Atkinson

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Medical Examiner's Office was called to a deadly shooting in the area near 10th and Atkinson Thursday night, Jan. 28.
According to police, the victim -- a 25-year-old man -- was sitting in a parked car with his girlfriend when a suspect approached and tried to rob them.
Officials say the suspect fired into the vehicle and struck the victim. The suspect then fled the scene.
