Milwaukee man found dead in parked vehicle at Wendy's near 46th and North

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- A man who was found dead inside a parked car at a Wendy's near 47th and North Jan. 6, is now being investigated as a homicide.

Police announced the homicide investigation Sunday, Jan. 10.

The 44-year-old Milwaukee man was found just after 12:45 p.m. north of Washington Park. Milwaukee police say the homicide occurred on Dec. 29 around 4:25 p.m.

He was found dead inside the parked car Jan. 6.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation. There are no current suspects.
