Milwaukee Man Dies in Accident on I-41 NB

A Milwaukee man died in a crash that occurred on Wednesday at 10:40 AM on I-41 NB at South of County Line Rd in Waukesha County near Menomonee Falls. 

According to a release from Wisconsin State Patrol, Chevrolet Cavalier was stopped in the center lane of traffic when it was struck from behind by a Ford van driven by a 39-year-old man. 

A short time later, the Cavalier was struck again by a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 73-year-old man. 

The operator of the Chevrolet and his passenger, a 29-year-old man from Milwaukee, were trapped inside the vehicle. 

They had to be extricated by emergency workers. 

The passenger was transported by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital. Demario Harrison succumb to his injuries and died. 

The driver of the Chevrolet and the driver of the Jeep were transported to Community Memorial Hospital.
