Milwaukee Man Dead after Thursday Night Shooting

UPDATE: In an update from police Friday morning, the man shot Thursday night has died from his wounds. Police are searching for the suspect or suspects and motive.


A Milwaukee man is in very critical condition following a late night shooting in Milwaukee. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the 36-year-old man was shot multiple times around 9:50 PM Thursday. 

The shooting occurred in the area of N 37th Street and W Concordia Avenue. The man was discovered by Police as they were responding to a report of a shooting in the area. 

The victim was transported by the Milwaukee Fire Department to a local hospital for the treatment of his wounds. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear and the Milwaukee Police Department is searching for a motive and suspects in the shooting.
