MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A jury convicted a 20-year-old Milwaukee man but of lesser charges in the death of his former girlfriend.
Hakeem Tucker was charged last year with first-degree intentional homicide and other charges.
Police say in January of last year, Tucker climbed through a window of Stephanie Jones' parents' home.
After being confronted by her father, Jones shot her father then fatally shot Stephanie.
Tucker was arrested three days after the shooting.
