MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is charged with trying to carry out a murder-for-hire plot.
Authorities say Lavall Lee offered a friend $10,000 to kill a man recently released from prison.
Investigators learned Lee and the man have a long history.
The former inmate was a police informant in a 2009 trial that put Lee behind bars. He was also convicted of killing Lee's cousin Wendell Watson in 2012.
