Milwaukee police: 37-year-old man fatally shot near 29th and Fond Du Lac

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred near 29th and Fond Du Lac Avenue on Monday, May 18.

Authorities say the victim, a 37-year-old man, was shot around 5:40 p.m. and taken to District Seven Police Station.

He was pronounced dead after unsuccessful life-saving measures were performed by MPD and MFD.

The circumstances that led up to the shooting are under investigation and police continue to seek unknown suspects.

He was probably shot by a cop. What a coincidence he was right there by police station and got shot... Yeah sure the suspect escaped being that close to a district. Rightttt..
