MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee leaders continue to prepare for possible federal immigration agents in our area.
Police Chief Jeffrey Norman, Milwaukee County Sheriff Denita Ball, and immigration groups addressed concerns about ICE in the city Wednesday night.
They provided information on resources about knowing your rights and documentation needed.
Chief Norman spoke about concerns from people in Milwaukee.
"These are unprecedented times. I wish I said I had all the answer; I don't," Chief Norman said. "I know there are a lot of different expectations, we'll try to navigate and live up to those expectations and sometimes we might not."
At least one immigration group says the likelihood of ICE coming to Milwaukee has been diminished since the protests in Minneapolis.
