MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department responded to a large fire near 41st and Wright on Thursday evening.
According to the fire department, the fire started around 5:50 p.m. in a 2-1/2 story wood frame building.
The two people living in the home were able to escape without injury. They are now being assisted by the Red Cross.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time.
There is no dollar estimate of the amount of damage.
