Milwaukee Fire Department Battle 2-Alarm Fire Near 35th and Concordia Ave.

Milwaukee Fire Department battled a two-alarm structure fire on Sunday afternoon at a residence on N. 35th Street.

The American Red Cross has been called to the scene to assist the families affected in this fire. According to the Red Cross the home was a duplex with three adults and one child in one unit and one adult and three children in the other unit. Both units are now unlivable and the Red Cross is making arrangements for the families.

No injuries were reported.

The Fire Department battled a second fire at 24th and Locust Sunday afternoon where one adult and six children were impacted. The Red Cross has also been dispatched to this fire.
