MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Film Festival kicks off on April 21.
Although this will be Milwaukee Film's second year hosting a spring festival, it's the first year it will be in-person.
Cara Ogburn joined CBS 58 on Tuesday, April 12 ahead of the festival to talk about what people can expect at this year's event.
