Milwaukee County Zoo gets Spooky this weekend with Boo at the Zoo

It's the perfect combination of fun and fright, this weekend "Boo at the Zoo" will draw kids of all ages.

CBS 58's Michael Schlesinger gives us a taste of what we can expect at the annual event going on at the Milwaukee County Zoo.

 “Boo at the Zoo,” Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, from 6 PM to 9 PM, at the Milwaukee County Zoo.

There is a Halloween Haystack Maze, constructed from haystacks and Halloween characters at the Lake Evinrude Deck.

A Pumpkin Patch will be filled with glowing, hand-carved pumpkins at the Feline Mall.

A Halloween inspired Dancing Light Show at the Forest Trail at Wolf Woods Crossing.

The North Shore Bank Safari Train will be transformed into the Raven’s Rail for a spooky spin through the Zoo from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Caramel apples will be available for purchase.

A variety of paper bat ears to wear, including insectivore and vampire species, in the Peck Welcome Center.

Reduced admission rates apply on both Friday and Saturday evenings.

Milwaukee County Zoo's Halloween Spooktacular will take place October 23 from 6 PM to 9 PM and October 24 from 9 AM to 9 PM.
