Milwaukee County Salvation Army to distribute winter coats this weekend

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- The Salvation Army of Milwaukee County will host its January Coat Distribution on Friday, Jan. 29 and Saturday, Jan. 30.

Officials say new and slightly used coats were collected in November and December community collection drives.

Coats are free to those in need, but registration is required.

Temperatures will be taken when entering the building due to CDC and current Health Department guidelines. Masks will also be required and recipients will not be able to try on the coats.
