Milwaukee County plans to sue over Zoo exhibit construction

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Board is planning to sue an architecture firm over part of the Milwaukee County Zoo's new Adventure Africa Elephant exhibit.
The board says the firm hired a contractor to build the exhibit, and during construction, there were four errors involving the design, including cracking in concrete walls and improper drainage systems.
The Board says the contractor didn't fix the problems and caused $250,000 in damages.
