MFD responding to house fire near 87th and Lisbon

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department (MFD) responded to a fire at a home near 67th and Lisbon on Sunday, June 13.

Officials tell CBS 58 that the fire broke out around 1 p.m. There are reports of people trapped inside. Officials say after two searches, nobody was found. 

The Milwaukee Police Department has been requested to investigate. 

Red Cross has also been notified. Officials say it is unclear how many people will need assistance. 

MFD is still working to put the fire out.
