Menomonee Falls police seek man who tried to break into Kay Jewelers case with brick

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Menomonee Falls police are looking to track down a man accused of attempting to break into a glass display case at Kay Jewelers, located on Pershing Avenue. 

It happened Wednesday, June 1, just before 1 p.m.

Police say the suspect tried to break into the case using a brick but was unsuccessful. 

The suspect is described as a male with medium skin tone, standing 5'7"-6' tall, with a medium build, tattoos on his right arm/forearm and a beard. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black baseball hat, tan cargo shorts, and red and white Jordan shoes. 

The man fled in a tan, 2013-2015 Chevrolet Malibu that did not have registration.
