Menomonee Falls police searching for 24-year-old man reported missing

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Menomonee Falls Police Department is investigating a missing person complaint involving a 24-year-old man.

Authorities say Jeremy Somers left his home in an Uber on Monday, April 20, with an unknown destination. He was last seen around 4 p.m.

Police say his family has concerns for his safety due to underlying medical conditions. 

Prior to leaving, Jeremy mentioned thoughts of going to Seattle, Washington, however his cell phone pinged in the area of Dousman, Wisconsin around 10 p.m. on Tuesday. 

Jeremy is described as a Hispanic male standing 6' tall and weighing 250 pounds, with brown eyes and short, black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, silver sweatpants and black shoes.
