Police investigate fatal shooting near 85th and Congress

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide 85th and Congress Tuesday morning.
It happened around 7:51 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 28.
A 28-year-old Milwaukee man sustained fatal gunshot injuries.
The medical examiner was called to the scene.
Police are still investigating the circumstances leading up to the shooting, and they are looking for unknown suspects.
