MCSO searching for hit and run driver

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputies are  looking for the driver of a car that was involved in not one, but two hit and run crashes Wednesday night.

It all began around 8:10 PM when deputies stopped a vehicle for reckless driving.  As the deputies approached the stopped vehicle on foot, the driver accelerated away and eventually crashed into a second vehicle at 44^th and Capitol Drive.   The suspect continued driving away until the vehicle crashed into a tree at 75^th and Glendale.   The suspect than fled the scene on foot. 

Deputies are continuing to search for the suspect who is still at large.
