MCSO responds to 114 service calls over the weekend
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office responded to 114 service calls over the weekend.
The calls were between Friday, Jan. 23 at 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25.
The calls included one crash involving a pedestrian with non-life threatening injuries, a crash involving an unoccupied deputy's squad, and two OWI crash arrests. The calls also included 36 property damage crashes, 15 OWI arrests, and 59 disabled vehicles.
MCSO said OWI arrests are up 18% over the last year.
"We remind motorists don't drink and drive, slow down to match road conditions, and wear yours seatbelt," MCSO said in a tweet Monday.
