MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said I-43 northbound fully closed due to reports of shots fired on the freeway.
All traffic was diverted from the freeway at Keefe Avenue and rerouted.
All northbound lanes were blocked for a law enforcement investigation. Traffic was beyond three miles.
All lanes have since reopened.
UPDATE: All lanes on I-43 northbound have reopened to traffic.
