MCMEO responds near 92nd and Townsend in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner has been called to the area of 92nd and Townsend on Wednesday, March 17.

The call indicates a fatality on Milwaukee's north side.

Milwaukee police confirm they are on scene investigating, but would not release any other details about what happened.

We are hearing reports of a possible chase and shooting in that area, but police are yet to confirm that information.

Along with MPD, Waukesha Co. Sheriff squads are on scene. 

CBS 58 crews are working to learn if this may be related to the active tactical situation also happening in Oconomowoc early Wednesday morning.
