Step into a virtual reality at new Port Washington arcade
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The 33rd Annual MBA Home Building and Remodeling Show is now underway at State Fair Park.
There are 250 different exhibits in the showroom, from kitchen and bath design to building your dream home from the ground up.
Organizers say the pandemic has pushed people to spend more time at home.
The expo gives people a chance to check out designs and finishes in person and to meet contractors and remodelers face to face.
"It's always a good idea to have good communication, but now more than ever, because of supply chain and scheduling and demand, you really need to have good communication. So find the person who matches your style, matches your personality, and go with them," said Kathy Raab, executive director of MBA Home Building and Remodeling.
The MBA Home Show runs through Sunday, Jan. 16.
