Mayor Barrett to address committee in Madison on mandatory minimum prison sentence bill

Mayor Tom Barrett will be in Madison today to address the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety regarding Assembly Bill 220.
Assembly 220 establishes a mandatory minimum prison sentence for felons possessing a firearm or using a firearm to commit certain crimes.
