Mayor Barrett talks plans for Milwaukee ahead of State of the City address

MILWAUKEE -- In just a few hours, Mayor Tom Barrett will deliver the State of the City address at the Journey House.
He's expected to announce his plans for a new industrial facility that he hopes will bring jobs and boost the economy.
Barrett will also discuss the Strong Neighborhood Investment Plan.
