WALKER'S POINT (CBS 58) -- Apartment hunting is going high-tech.
You can tour your next place without ever stepping foot in it.
The new Maxwell Lofts in Walker's Point are under renovation.
Interested renters can take a virtual reality tour. One woman who tried it described her experience.
"You can definitely get a feel of how big an apartment is by virtually standing in it," Allison Riley said. "Not everyone knows dimensions very well. It's very helpful to see how big a space is if you're virtually standing in it."
The Maxwell Lofts are expected to open in December.
