Massachusetts Man Sues Dunkin Donuts and Wins

A Massachusetts man sued Dunkin Donuts over fake butter and won.

Jan Polanik sued 23 stores for serving him margarine or a butter substitute when he asked for the real thing.

Polanik.and 1,400 other customers agreed to a settlement Monday.

They will receive free buttered baked goods for their troubles.

And as punishment, the stores named in the suit have to serve real butter for a year.

After that, they have to tell customers up front, if it's not the real thing.
