Martin Luther High School student charged with possession of child pornography

 Tucker Balisteri, 18, is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography after state investigators raided his Greendale home and found several images and videos of underage girls on a computer hard drive in his home.

According to court documents, police executed a search warrant at Balisteri's home on January 15. Department of Justice investigators seized an Alienware laptop computer with a 250 GB hard drive. The criminal complaint says police found more than 150 upskirt videos featuring female students at Martin Luther High School in Greendale. In the criminal complaint Balisteri admitted to police he had been recording upskirt videos since his freshman year at Martin Luther High School. Investigators with the State Department of Justice also found other videos on the computers hard drive showing girls as young as seven in the nude.

If convicted on both counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Balisteri will face up to 50 years in prison.
