Martin Lawrence to bring 'Y'all Know What It Is!' tour to Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Comedy legend Martin Lawrence has announced that his "Y'all Know What It Is!" tour will make a stop at Fiserv Forum on Friday, March 14, 2025.

Lawrence is known for decades of his stand-up comedy and major roles in film and television, and he first gained recognition in the late 1980s at the Improv Comedy Club in New York City.

He later gained further fame through a role in Spike Lee's "Do The Right Thing!" and hosting HBO's "Def Comedy Jam." The comedian also found success with his own television show, "Martin." On the big screen, Lawrence is known for films such as "Life," "Big Momma's House," and the "Bad Boys" franchise.

A Wednesday, May 8 press release announcing his new tour notes that the show is expected to "find the funny in everything from family to culture" in Lawrence's unique way.

The show will feature special guest comedians Jess Hilarious, Benji Brown and Mojo Brookzz . Tickets will be available Friday, May 17 at 10 a.m.
