UPDATE: Marquette Police release surveillance photos of pistol-whipping robbery suspects

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Marquette Police have released surveillance photos to help identify the suspects. 

Anyone who can identify the suspects is asked to call 414-288-6800.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The victim tells CBS 58 he was pistol-whipped during the robbery and now has five stitches in his head, a broken cheekbone and two broken teeth. 

He says the incident started at a nearby convenience store. The suspects showed him a gun and forced him to allow them into a family member's home near 14th and State St. The victim says the suspects stole money and other items from the home. 

Both suspects are men believed to be around 35-years-old. The suspects both have black hair. One suspect is believed to weigh around 140 pounds and is 5’8”. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and jeans.

The second suspect is believed to be around 170 pounds and is 6’0”. He was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt with dark lettering jeans.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Marquette University Police Department along with Milwaukee Police are looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery early Tuesday morning.

According to police, the suspects followed a victim into an apartment building near 14th and State St. around 1:15 a.m. The suspects then displayed a weapon and hit the victim. They stole money and other property and left.

The victim, who is not affiliated with Marquette, was taken to the hospital.

Both suspects are men believed to be around 35-years-old. The suspects both have black hair. One suspect is believed to weigh around 140 pounds and is 5’8”. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and jeans.

The second suspect is believed to be around 170 pounds and is 6’0”. He was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt with dark lettering jeans.
