Marquette students involved in Mi-Key's bar bust

Citing underage drinkers is something that happens almost every weekend here in Milwaukee, but reports indicate there may have been as many as 100 Marquette students caught up in a bust at Mi-Key's on Cathedral Square Wednesday night.

\"I think Mi-key's is a typical spot for underage drinkers,\" said Devika Sharma, a student at Marquette University.

The Marquette Wire, a student publication, tweeted shortly after students were issued citation--An estimated more than 100 Marquette students were involved in an mpd raid at @mikeysmilwaukee. Underage students involved.

Milwaukee police said they issued 17 citations to underage patrons. Police are working with the City Attorney's Office to issue citations to the bar.

It's unclear if all the students who were issued citations attend Marquette University.

CBS 58's Lila Carrera reports.
