Marquette student venture brewing 3 new coffee selections

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Blue & Gold Brewing LLC, a student-run business venture at Marquette University, has announced plans to expand its coffee repertoire with the introduction of three new blends, in collaboration with Stone Creek Coffee.

The new offerings include "Jesuit Joe," a robust dark roast continuing a tradition begun in 2012, now enhanced with dark chocolate, nut and citrus notes. Joining it are "Brew the Difference," a light roast that carries hints of creamy cashew, mandarin orange and cocoa, along with "Santa's Revenge," a medium roast infused with chocolate flavors, tying into Marquette's basketball spirit.

Customers can expect to get their hands on these flavors through a special holiday gift box, limited to 600 units. Availability is set until supplies last or until Dec. 6.

Established in 2022, the venture operates as a practical extension of the College of Business Administration's undergraduate program, providing real-world business experience to its participants.
