MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A generally accepted rule of tipping has been the 20 percent mark, but does proper tipping etiquette go deeper than that?
To delve further into tipping culture, Marquette University's Associate Professor of Practice Marketing, Dr. Alex Milovic, shared his insights when he joined us on Wednesday, July 26.
Focusing on persuasion and psychology, Dr. Milovic's research uncovers intriguing links between tipping, envy, and consumer behavior.
Milovic also addressed personal selling techniques and their potential impact on consumer behavior, as well as the appropriateness of tipping in different scenarios.
