KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The annual "March for Meals" campaign is off and running.
Put on by "Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services," and supported by the "Meals on Wheels" organizations, the campaign focuses on addressing the needs of the senior population in our area through meal and nutritional programs.
"In a political landscape where funding is potentially looking to get cut, it's an opportunity for us to continue to build awareness, bring in our dignitaries and community leaders and champions to support this initiative, to help bring the awareness and help generate the potential funding," said Ronald Tatum, executive director for the Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services.
The "March for Meals" festivities will continue through Friday at the Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services Incorporated building in Kenosha, 7730 Sheridan Rd, Kenosha.
