March 1st Snow Bringing Nearly White Out Conditions at Times in Waukesha County

The rain started changing over to snow in Waukesha around 9 Wednesday morning.

At times, CBS 58's Kyle Aevermann is reporting nearly white out conditions.

Department of Public Works trucks are out in force.

The snow is wet and some argue perfect for making a snowball or snowman.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington and Ozaukee Counties until 6 PM.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with snow showers. Temperatures will fall to the lower 30s this afternoon. Windy at times with gust 10-20 m.p.h. Road may be slick and snow covered. Additionally, visibility may be reduced in moderate snow bands.

Snow is expected to come to an end Wednesday night.

It will stay chilly Thursday and Friday with highs in the lower 30's before warmth returns this weekend.
