WAUKESHA (CBS 58) -- A man who recorded coworkers at a Waukesha Culvers will serve three years probation.
Scott Schwantes will serve 9 months in prison as part of the conditions.
Schwantes admitted to placing two cameras in an employee bathroom after they were discovered last summer.
The judge laid out the gravity of the crime after Schwantes gave an emotional apology.
"To everyone, my family, the victims, their families, and the community as a whole -- I am truly sorry for my actions," said Schwantes.
Schwantes probation dictates he cannot contact the victims and he must undergo sex offender treatment.
He faces five years in prison if he violates any of the conditions.
