Milwaukee Police and SWAT officers were seen in the area of 38th and Wright, Thursday morning.
One man, who has not been identified, was taken into custody.
Milwaukee Police say several people refused to leave a property on the 2400 block of N. 38th St.
This is in the same area where a 21 year old man was shot Wednesday night. He died at a local hospital a short time later.
