Man shot while walking in 2900 block of West Wisconsin Avenue

A 28 year-old Milwaukee man was shot while walking in the area of 2900 block of West Wisconsin Avenue 9:45 PM on September 20.  

He sustained a non-life-threatening injury and is being treated at a local hospital.  

The victim indicated he was walking in the area when he heard people nearby arguing; subsequently a shot was fired and he was struck.  

There are no suspects in custody at this time.  The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
