Man shot by attempted robbers on bicycles

MILWAUKEE-- A 25-year-old man is recovering after being shot by two men on bicycles who attempted to rob him.
It happened shortly after 11:30 p.m. Friday night as the 25-year-old male victim was walking near 2nd and Chambers.
The two men on bicycles demanded money from him at gunpoint.
The victim tried to runaway, but was shot.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
There are currently no suspects in custody.
The incident is under investigation by Milwaukee Police.
