Man Seriously Injured in Rollover Accident in Burlington, Flight for Life Called

A man was seriously injured after his car rolled over at least once in the Town of Burlington, Racine County Sheriff's Office says.

Several agencies responded to the single vehicle crash in the 8800 block of McHenry St. in Burlington late Friday night. Emergency personnel were able to locate the man trapped inside his vehicle in a ditch and successfully extricate him from the vehicle.

The 55-year-old man had lacerations to his head and neck. Due to the severity of his injuries, Flight for Life was called to the scene and the man was flown to Froedtert Hospital where he remains in serious condition.

The man was charged with Operating While Under the Influence of an Intoxicant (1st offense).
