MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Officer Matthew Rittner was the third officer killed in 8 months in Milwaukee.
Officer Charles Irvine was killed in a car crash while pursuing a suspect last June.
Ladell Harrison is charged in the chase that led to Irvine's death.
He pleaded guilty in court on Thursday to charges in connection to the crash.
He will be sentenced in April.
